At Couper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
